Here's everything you need to know before your visit.
Appointment Reminders
You should recieve an email and text reminders 48-24 hours before your appointment. You can confirm, reply, ask questions, or reschedule with any of these notifications. Sending me a text is the best way to contact me if you need to!
I encourage you to show up to your appointment with saved insporation photos! This gives us great refrences to refer back to during our time together.
Your Appointment Day
It’s best to come with clean, dry hair. A day or two worth of build up is okay, but avoid excess dirt, product, touch up root sprays and sweat if possible. Please wear comfortable clothing without collars or bulky hoods.

Desert Mane Studio is located inside of the Mattison Avenue Salon Suites building. There is plenty of parking available in front of, and around the building. You are able to park in the parking spaces of other businesses as well.
The building has multipule doors, but I kindly ask that you enter through the main enterance, which will provide the most direct access to the salon.

Make Your Self At Home.
The salon is straight ahead, down the hall and the first door on the right,( next to the Mattison Avenue tiled wall) once you enter through the main enterance. Desert Mane Studio is located in suite 14!
If you arrive early, help yourself to a drink and take a seat. If you arrive on time, head down the hallway to suite #14! If I'm still with another client, I'll ask you to take a seat for a few minutes while I finish up.
Desert Mane Studio offers complimentary Wifi, so you can stay connected, get social or get work done.
In addition, we have plenty of tasty snacks, beverages, and even have an espresso machine for those who enjoy coffees while getting pampered.
Salon Policies

I completely understand things come up, but I appreciate a 48-hour notice for all cancellations, in order to leave enough time for me to offer that appointment to someone else. If you fail to give a 48 hours notice, you will be required to pay a fee of $50 or 50% of your service total.
If you do not show up without notice to your scheduled appointment, you will no longer be allowed to book an appointment in advance without a rebooking fee.

If you are not fully satisfied with your service, please contact me within 5 days of the date of your service and I will happily adjust what is needed.
Retail products are eligible for an equal exchange if less that 1/4 of the product has been used.
There are no refunds on extension weft purchases.

If you are running late to your appointment, please let me know as soon as possible. Arriving late may result in not being able to finish your service, i.e. leaving with wet/ unstyled hair.

I accept all major credit cards and other contactless payments. I can accept cash but don't keep change on hand so it must be exact.
I do not accept checks.
